PARKOUR + PLAY

An online search for a “jungle gym for grown-ups” brought me to parkour, a joyful community that supports and inspires my passion for play, thoughtful movement and creative collaboration.  I design movement projects that spark joy and encourage personal discovery, and support play for all in public spaces. You’re never too old to play.

EDUCATION + CURRICULUM DESIGN

Drawing from my movement and creative experience, I build engaging programs in a variety of disciplines for people of all ages. I’ve created and taught cooking classes, natural movement courses, parkour and theater fusion camps, and more. I aim to foster a supportive and joyful learning environment, and campaign in favor of non-traditional learning opportunities for everyone. After all, learning happens everywhere, every day.

CREATIVE PROJECTS

I love to lend my creative experience to my work. I come from a performance background, and jump at the chance to offer my vocal talents. I’ve done voiceover, podcasting, and  festival announcements. In less traditionally artistic environments, I offer a creative approach to problem-solving.
